To create an account on ck399, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — this platform is for adults only.
• Each person may open one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• ck399 may request additional information or documents for identity verification (KYC) when required.
• Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on ck399:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The account holder and the payment method holder must be the same person — transactions through third parties are not permitted.
• ck399 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transaction without verification.
• Taxes, VAT, or any other applicable government charges are the user's own responsibility.

All bonuses and promotional offers from ck399 are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means you must wager ৳20,000 for a ৳2,000 bonus.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus applies to an account only once, unless stated otherwise.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
• ck399 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus without notice.
• If abuse of bonus offers, multiple accounts, or manipulation is found, the bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

• All games on ck399 are operated under fair play principles. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, ck399 will settle it in accordance with its accepted policies.
• In any dispute regarding game rules or results, ck399's final decision shall apply.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or incomplete, ck399's own sports betting rules shall apply.
• Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance in the account.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck399 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating bonuses or promotions with the intent to abuse them (bonus abusing).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Manipulating games using automated bots, scripts, or other technical means.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour against other users, staff, or the ck399 platform.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or false information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if required.

ck399's VIP program has four tiers — at each tier, users receive a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

• ck399 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
• In particular, accounts will be closed immediately in cases of prohibited activities, false information, or violation of these terms.
• Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
• If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, ck399 will complete the settlement process in accordance with its own policies.
• There is no obligation to return the balance of an account closed due to prohibited activities.
• For accounts that have been inactive for a long period, ck399 will follow its defined policies and will attempt to notify the user.

• All content on the ck399 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of ck399.
• This content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from ck399.
• Game software is provided by third-party providers and is subject to their own licences and terms.
• The user bears full responsibility for any content they upload or share on the ck399 platform.

• ck399 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues, or third parties.
• ck399 will not bear liability for service disruptions due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).
• The outcomes of a user's gaming decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• ck399 is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption).
• ck399 takes no responsibility for third-party advertisements or links displayed on the platform.
